Problem with the payment for Premium.

Hi there,

I have a spotify account not connected with facebook. Currently I stay in Germany and tried to pay for my Premium membership with a polish card. I have changed the country to Poland here: https://www.spotify.com/pl/get-spotify/go/premium/ . Indeed the pricing changed to polish currency but on the next screen, the currency is back in euros! (still 0 though). But the problem is that when I fill out the card details and click "Confirm payments" I got a blank white page with a text saying "Error in request".

Hi there!

What country is set in your online profile? If it's anything but Poland, you won't be able to use a Polish payment method 🙂

It is set to Poland, I use VPN.

In that case, this sounds like a general issue with the site. Please could you

• Clear all cache and cookies
• Try another browser

If they don't work, then you may have to contact the payments team using the Support Form.
