I CANCLED MY SUBSCRIPTION OVER A YEAR AGO AND TO THIS DATE STILL GET BILLED $10 EVERY MONTH!!! I have tried numerous times to get into contact with spotify about this and they do nothing. THIS IS ROBBERY!!!!

i shall escalate this so a Staff member can get back to you immediately and if you could put the case # down to make it easier for them to fix it.
