Hello.

 

I have recentley subscribed to Spotify premium for £9.99. I used to have student spotify for £4.99. I thought if I was renewing my spotify that it would just cost me £4.99 as I have a valid NUS card.  However, it appears I have subscribed to the £9.99 premium.

 

Is there anything I can do?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to fix the billing to what it should be (provided the NUS card can be validated), and refund you for any extra charges you incurred during this period.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
