Problem:
Nach dem automatischen Installieren des Updates, werde ich nach dem Einloggen automatisch wieder ausgeloggt. Zudem sind meine eigenen Playlists verschwunden. Desweiteren wurde ich auf Spotify Free zurückgestuft, obwohl ich 'Spotify Unlimited' beziehe.
Unter
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Paul\Anwendungsdaten\Spotify\Users werden ständig neue Ordner mit neuen Account IDs angelegt, inzwischen schon 3:
Heute 19:55 11100448594-user
Heute 20:08 11100448887-user
Heute 20:11 11100451064-user
Wie ich abschätze (anhand der Datenfülle) ist mein alter Account für den ich auch gerade Geld zahle, welcher nicht nutzbar ist, folgender: 1122022190-user (ich weiß aber nicht wie ich zu diesem zurückkehre).

It looks like you have a number of duplicate accounts, which is a bit of a pain I can understand! If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get this sorted out for you. You can do this in german if you like, to my knowledge Spotify have german support staff 🙂
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I got an automatically with community / help page information. I reply on that - but no answer.
I´m gonna borrow this thread.
Just got some problem with payment, i had myself a new visa card with a later expire date on the card.
Forgot to update the info onto Spotify. It´s now changed but seems to be pending on the payment that should been done at 24th as seen below;
You have an active Spotify Premium subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged 99,00 kr on 2013-09-24 unless you cancel your recurring payment.
It still says i have a active subsciption as well. Can i some how refreesh the payment or what to do?

Login ging erst, danach neues Fenster, zweiter Versuch... hab wohl auch nen Zweitaccount geschaltet oder so.Mittlerweile sind meine ellenlangen Playlists weg 😞
Wie hast Du das Problem gelöst bekommen?

@RobZim - When you got in touch with support, you should have got an automated email reply with a case number in it, would you be able to reply directly to that email for us? That way it ensures your case is definitely in the system to be picked up by an advisor.
