Charged for Spotify premium befpre the free trial even ended!

I was on the spotify free trial from the 10th December which was due to expire on the 10th, i go to cancel my subscription and find out I had already been charged the day befpre the trail had ended. I havent used the service can I have this refunded?

I get billed monthly, but it still says I have a free account.
