Welcome to July's Ongoing Issues Review where we keep you in the loop about some of the most trending ongoing issues reported here in the Spotify Community. This is where we share updates from behind the scenes and let you know what has been fixed, what we’re tracking, what we need your help with, and where things stand. FIXED
1. Blank "Date added" column for Release Radar on desktop - The team confirmed that the issue with the “Date added” column with Release Radar should be fixed, and if you haven't already, make sure that your app's up-to-date.
2. Last 2 songs of the Liked Songs playlist on the Artist page can't be played, only scrolled down to - We're happy to say this should be fixed on versions 9.1.58.667 or higher. Make sure to update your apps to take advantage of the latest fixes and features 🙂
3. Only the 10,000 most recently saved tracks are playing in Liked Songs - Another confirmed fixed issue with the newest app update, just make sure you're running it.
4. Spotify pixelated grey screen on my Google TV - The issue where the screen on Google TV was appearing pixelated is also fixed.
5. Mixed playlist working on desktop app, but not on iOS app? - All good now! Just make sure to restart the app in case you still get this behavior.
6. No Spotify Messages Notifications on Android - We got a user confirmation that this is working as it should 🙂
7. [Android Auto] Visual glitch in built-in Spotify app ( (persistent menu icon artifact in list views) - Another confirmed fixed behavior on the user's end 🙂
8. Audio continues for ~5 seconds after force-closing app - All good, anther user confirmed things are working for them.
9. Downtime 7th July: Issues logging in to account page/artist page on web - We were seeing reports where you were having issues when logging in on the pages accounts.spotify.com and artists.spotify.com. This is now fixed! Make sure to refresh/restart your browser before giving it another go.
10. Autoplay/ Radio not working properly - There were issues where the Autoplay feature wouldn't queue up further songs from the playlist/album you have started the playback from. Happy to let you know this should now be resolved.
11. Downtime July 14th, 2026: Issues with the Spotify app -
There were intermittent issues with the Spotify services that were quickly resolved. Spotify should work as expected.
12. Equalizer not working on iOS - The equalizer wasn't working on iOS devices - when adjusting the Equalizer on mobile, there was no difference. Happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone, so make sure that you're running the latest version of the app.
UNDER INVESTIGATION
13. Your Episodes, Remove finished episodes after playing doesn't work -We've been getting reports that the setting to remove finished episodes from the Your Episodes list no longer works for podcasts that have been downloaded either manually or via auto-download. The team is currently investigating, but in case you're experiencing this, it'd be great if you could send us the requested info in the meantime so we can forward it as well. Appreciate it 💚
14. Slow loading and performance issues - We've received reports about increased load times when performing actions like opening a playlist/menu or playing content. This affects primarily (but may not be limited to) mobile devices running Android and iOS. If you're also experiencing this issue, it'd be very helpful if you could send us the requested details in the OI thread. Many thanks 🙏

15. Web player login "Something Went Wrong" - The team is currently looking into the issue with this error message. It'd be very helpful for the investigation if you could provide us with the requested details here. Thank you 🤗
16. Fix broken Studio playlist creation - If you're also currently experiencing issues with Studio, the team has requested some information that you could send us so that we can forward it to them. It'd be very helpful for looking into this. Appreciate it 💚
17. Crackling/Clipping Noise on Macbook - This is one of the threads where at the moment, we're investigating some specific audio issues in more detail. As we want to gather as much information as we can to help us get to the root cause, we would really appreciate it if you could take the time to answer as many of the questions from the pinned post as you can 🙏
