Equalizer not working on iOS

Hi folks,

We’ve received some reports from users on iOS devices indicating that the equalizer isn’t working. There seems to be no sound difference even when adjusting the Equalizer on mobile, but it works on different devices (e.g. desktop).

estoy teniendo problemas con mi EQ de spotify en mi iphone 13 pro tengo todo actualizado reinicie el celular pero no pasa nada el problema persiste no funciona el EQ en mi iphone con otros dispositivos si funciona pero no con mi iphone

Having exactly the same issue on iOS 27.0 where equaliser settings don't change the sound at all.

Glad I’m not the only one, had equalizer problems around a year ago due to a bug and that eventually got fixed and never had a problem since.. until the most recent update for iOS 26.0.1… it’s really annoying that this constantly has problems… hoping for a stable fix!

Ya se me soluciono el problema ahora si escucha bien con el ecualizador funcionando

Just tried the equalizer out with CarPlay… it seems like it may be working again!! iOS 26.0.1
