17. Your Episodes, Remove finished episodes after playing doesn't work
We've been getting reports that the setting to remove finished episodes from the Your Episodes list no longer works for podcasts that have been downloaded either manually or via auto-download.
Streamed episodes are still removed from Your Episodes as expected.

Some of you may have noticed that there are some issues when adding new members to your Family plans. This is on our radar and it's being looked into.
19. Google Cast/ Chromecast devices unavailable for Spotify Connect

20. Saved tracks not showing up on DJ platforms
We've received reports that saved tracks on users' playlists in DJ platforms or software like Serato and Rekordbox fail to load or are missing.

A new app version is slowly being rolled out and you should notice some improvements with it 🙂 Make sure to update the app - it should be at least 9.1.46. So far, we've only heard back from one user, so let us know if this was fixed on your end as well 💚

We've heard back from the respective team and they're unable to provide an ETA for a fix at this time, but rest assured this will remain on their radar.

This issue is being investigated by the Android Auto team directly in Google's support community, so we'd suggest adding your feedback to Google's bug report here to stay on top of any updates. 🏎
28. DJ Recommending the same set of songs
We appreciate your feedback on this, but we're unable to provide an exact ETA for a fix at this time. Make sure you're always running the latest version of Spotify so you don't miss out on any updates.
29. Playlists invisible on iPhone and iPod
All details have already been passed on to the right team, but we're afraid we don't have a timeline for a fix at the moment.
30. Playing song after playlist ends does not reset queue
This is the current expected behavior - playing a new track no longer reshuffles the queue, rather it replaces what your current track is and once you finish the last song, you will go back to the beginning as normal. ✔️
[New!] Focused Spotlight: Accessibility Fixes
In this month's edition, we're trying something new. Alongside our usual ongoing issues roundup, we're including our first Focused Spotlight, shining a light on a specific area where your reports have led to real improvements.
For this first spotlight, we're focusing on accessibility. May 21st is Global Accessibility Awareness Day, so it felt like the right time to share what's been happening behind the scenes when it comes to making Spotify easier to use for everyone.
Over the past few months, a number of accessibility-related issues reported through the Community and our support channels have been investigated and resolved. Here's a rundown of some of what's been fixed between in recent months:
KEYBOARD AND NAVIGATION
1. iPad Magic Keyboard shortcuts stopped working | Fixed February 2026
iPad users with a Magic Keyboard found that the space bar stopped working for play/pause. This has been fixed. Keyboard shortcuts on iPad with Magic Keyboard are working again as expected.
2. Search keyboard not appearing on mobile | Fixed February 2026
On mobile, double-tapping the Search icon wasn't bringing up the keyboard automatically, which meant extra steps to start typing. The keyboard now appears as it should when you tap into Search.

3. Play/pause keyboard button not working on video podcasts (Mac) | Fixed February 2026
On Mac, the play/pause button on the keyboard wasn't responding properly during video podcasts. This has been resolved. Keyboard media controls now work consistently across audio and video content on Mac.

4. iPad Library flickering with Magic Keyboard | Fixed April 2026
The iPad Library screen was flickering when connected to an Apple Magic Keyboard. This visual glitch has been fixed. The Library now displays normally with an external keyboard attached.
5. Tab switching resetting your scroll position on Android | Fixed April 2026
On Android, switching between tabs (like Home, Search, Library) was resetting your scroll position, so you'd lose your place. Tab switching now preserves where you were. You won't be sent back to the top when moving between sections.
TRANSCRIPTS AND CAPTIONS
1. Podcast transcripts couldn't be turned off | Fixed February 2026
The "Read Along" transcript option was at times covering the podcast artwork, and there was no way to turn it off. Users now have more control over transcript display. This has been resolved.
2. Podcast episode list kept resetting to the top | Fixed February 2026
Podcast episode lists were resetting to the top of the list whenever you navigated away and came back. Your scroll position is now saved, so you can pick up where you left off.
