My Question or Issue

Some playlists by Spotify have full screen artwork that appear on the top half of the screen which gradually fades as we scroll down (Example: Today's Top Hits/Time Capsule etc.) instead of a small square artwork that appears normally. Is it possible to have that kind of artwork uploaded for our own playlists? I'm not an artist btw.
