Hello! I was wondering if there is any possible way to remove suggestions from my home page? Right now under my recently played ones it’s giving me suggestions for crime podcasts. I have mental health issues and stuff like that is very triggering for me. So I was wondering if there was any way to hide it or say I’m not interested in stuff like that. I go to Spotify to listen to relax but this has become a problem lately. And it’s a problem on other music apps I’ve used as well. 🙃 Thanks for any help in advance!
Also as a future suggestion: it would be very helpful if in the settings we could turn something on to hide potentially triggering content. I was suggested a song in my discover weekly playlist that had a violent album cover. I reported it and hid it. But it doesn’t really hide it. You can’t play it but you can still see the song cover art.

Hi there @SmollPotato,
Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!
Currently there is no way to customize what you see on your home/ landing screen.
Other users have also voiced their opinion on this. You can have a look at the discussion here. Add your +Vote to show support, and don't let the Idea Status discourage you.
Hope this helps. Don't hesitate to reach out again.

Hello! I've been having the same problem lately. I think that the top suggestions are great for users but it covers half of my home screen now. And i personally dont find it helpful. I would like to remove some of them and keep only those playlists which i listen to, if possibly.
I hope you find a solution to this soon.
Thnaks!
I also experience this today. Lots of Kpop suggestion when I am not even a fan of that
I am deeply concerned where Spotify is heading with these suggestions (which seem to be sponsored ads). These are shown to paying premium subscription customers and in my personal view are an unnecessary distraction that I would not like to see.
I would highly encourage the product team to consider allowing to disable this in the options. I understand it is the time to generate revenue for Spotify since the user base is big enough now and seems to saturate at some point. BUT diluting the core value proposition is likely not going to be a sustainable path and users will likely try out other platforms if this is forced on paying users. I would highly recommend having a clear discussion about this and providing a feedback to the users here if there is any hope of keeping Spotify truly premium or diluting it with ads that will very clearly dilute the loved and clean user experience of Spotify.
Thanks
