Superuser Contribution Daily mix either has no liked songs or all liked songs

My Daily Mix has 50 songs. There is Daily mix 1, 2, 3, 4... etc. The mixes either has like 45 already liked songs and 5 non liked songs. or 45 non liked songs and 5 liked songs. Is this normal?

Why is a certain song not available in my country?

Why is it that some albums from a particular artist are missing. For example, "Wolrd Painted Blood" by Slayer is not there but a lot of their other stuff is.
