Spotify Hi-Fi!? Where is our lossless hifi!?

Just recently checked my last.fm and it shows I have over 100+ listens on the song Sweet by Cigarettes After **bleep** in the span of 1 day. I've only listened to the song maybe 5-10 times max.

The podcast 'Listen to sleep' has 210+ episodes, but if I go to the podcast list, it only goes up to 184. Searching for each individual episode works, but if I then press "See all episodes" it goes back to the limited list.
