Can I use the same cover art for all of the singles on a record?

I see plenty of artists that are using the same cover art (the album art) for all singles of one record, but when I look at forums online, it says I can't do this. Can someone help??

Why does spotify now play videos????

This only adds to data chargesIts used as a way for them to play ads in their playlists, despite me paying for premium so I DONT HAVE TO HEAR ADS Its a cool concept, but I wish there was a way to not have them. Like a setting to just not play videos....

Why won't my spotify say how many listens I have! HELP!

All of my friend (at least 6) have listened to my music and followed my profile, but spotify says I still don't have any followers/listens. Is it something to do with me not being verified? Help, I really need an answer!
