Hi! Several weeks ago my interface has completely changed for no reason and it has become unmanageable and unusable. I tried to reinstall but nothing worked, the search for the interface switch from the visually impaired mode to normal was also unsuccessful. This absolutely kills user experience, but there are no good analogs.
Is there any ways how to prevent this!?

Hi there @rubick01,
Thank you for taking the time to post here in the Community and for providing us screenshots.
It looks like you've zoomed in your window. Can you head to ‘View > Actual Size’ in the status bar?
Let us know how it goes 🙂
Take care!

I have this exact same issue!
Early 2013 Macbook Pro
10.13.6 High Sierra
See screenshot, it is not zoomed in. Zooming out further doesn't help, it keeps the same view more or less.
Please help, have reinstalled many times as well as deleting all 'Library' files as per other instructions.
Hey there @johnnyfirelegs,
This issue could be caused by the OS itself, if the interface icon size doesn't change when you zoom out (Cmnd+-). I can see that both you and the OP are not running the latest Mac OS, and I understand that it's not always possible to install the latest OS release, but if this issue is indeed caused by it, there won't be much we can do from our end.
Can you let us know if this started happening after a Spotify app update?
