My Question or Issue

I have been having this issues for a few days now, first I think it's my network but I use both my work and home network but it still face same issue.

My network is not using any VPN and I already set the Proxy on the app to 'No proxy'

 

I try to find the suggested spotify folder on other discussion under 'Library/Application Support' and 'Library/Caches' but there's no spotify folder there (my Spofity app is still installed now)

 

I even tried to do the suggestion here to do clean reinstall but still not helping:

Any suggestion is relly helpful here

Spotify seems to be aware of this issue and I recommend providing the requested info there: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/MacOS-Desktop-app-crashing-Home-page-not-loading/idi... 🙂

Can you try accessing the app while being connected to a different network connection? For example, you could use your smartphone to create a personal WiFi hotspot.

it is still not working on my side.

 

Btw, my 'home' network is in fact using a WiFi hotspot (using a portable Mobile WiFi Movimax MV006)

 

So right now, I happen to go to my usually cafe for internet and dine-in, but the result is still same.

 

It can play music and all, and can also search (for example I can search Release Radar and Weekly release) but this one is getting on it feels annoying, I thought the pr0blem would be gone after few days but it isn't
