Hi there,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting!

Did you notice when the equalizer disappeared?

I recommend clearing the cached files on your Mac as they can cause different performance issues, as well as making sure you're using the newest Spotify app version.

If there's no change, it'd be very helpful if you could ask a relative or a friend to log in to their account on your device in order to test if they see the equalizer in the app.

Thanks and keep us posted ๐Ÿ™‚

I can't find equaliser

I also do not have Equalizer option in settings on Mac Safari

Hi there @313v2brgixqlqitoo3rg,

Thanks for your reply in this thread.

First up, bear in mind that the Equalizer is not available on the Web Player. If you're using the Web Player, it's expected not to find the option. However, it is available on the app for Mac. Are you using the app and can't find the option? It is under Settings > Playback > Equalizer.

There is no EQUALIZER under PLAYBACK anymore.
There are only 3 options under the PLAYBACK menu:
- Crossfade Songs
- Automix
- Mono audio

Hi there @euricocp

Thanks for reaching out. This is quite strange, we'll gladly help you look into this.

Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? At the very least, if you haven't done a full clean reinstall, try it. If the issue persists, let us know what you've tried and send us some full screenshots of what you see.

Keep us posted.
