Gapless Playback Stops Working

The other day I came across an issue with gapless playback on windows.

When I was listening to an able hosted by spotify which has gapless playback everything was working fine. I then listened to an album from local files which was meant to have gapless playback and then noticed it wasn't playing without gaps. I then tried the album hosted by spotify again. It wasn't playing gapless any more.

So, if you listen to a gapless album from local files it will bug out the gapless playback feature completely (At least for me).

Re-installing spotify fixed the issue. I did try the same scenario again and the same issue occured.

A fix would be nice.

So sorry to hear that. I'm sure Spotify can look into this issue, for me however they are gapless, so it could of have been a problem on your computer. I am glad you found a fix for this. My question is do you have anything else not working, because if not this site is mostly for people who need help now. If you have no further questions then please mark this as the solution.
