Hello,
I have purchased the premium account yesterday.
Unfortunately since the last update, I cannot open any App within Spotify, everytime the same error (see attached screen).
I have reinstalled Spotify twice like described on spotify.com help.
I am using the Spotify desktop app on Windows 7 with the Facebook login.

Hey erikjo, thanks for posting. Can you click on an app from the App Finder to just open it (rather than adding/installing it)? Does that show up the same error?
Also, what version of Spotify is it you're on - to find out, head under Help and look for the About option. It should say something like 0.9.0, but let us know the full number.

I have the same problem with Windows 7 64-bit. I can select the application and add it to the left bar, but it cannot be installed or opened. It says"failed to laod application" and below it in red "Not installed". Several times uninstalled Spotify, restarted Windows and then reinstalled the last version of Spotify. But I still have the same problem. My Spotify version is 0.9.0.128.g3134f863. Any sugestion?
Are you guys connecting via a proxy?

This problem is also happening to me with some, but not all, of my apps. It is happening with Apps I've used without any issue up until now.
I have also posted in the other threads because my App Finder is not working other than showing the 'top apps'. No apps are showing in the 'Whats New' either?
Version is 0.9.0.129.g6978da9c
Not connecting via proxy as far as I am aware?? Have used Tunnelbear recently but it is currently switched off and I didn't use Spotify when I was using it.
Try uninstalling, manually deleting the following folders (which might be hidden but they will definitely be there!) and then installing again:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Spotify
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify

I've done this and now i cant get app finder to load
I find it so hard to believe this issue still has not been resolved, every suggestion has failed, and now I can not even use Tunewiki which was the only app that would work. HELP!!!

Experiencing same problem, questions been asked and answered months ago...other apps same issue tunewiki used to work no longer does, not behind a proxy.

Have you tried temporarily disabling any firewalls and security software?
I have disable the firewall, no proxy, no VPN. my config didn't change from when It was working. I don't understand how I can access the music but not the apps which are just html/css+js ??? what could possibly be the problem in loading html/ccs and js
