I'm not sure if there is a concrete solution for error code 17, but I've tried everything. I've added exceptions, CCleaned, Switched anti-virus programs, compatibility modes, administrative rights were changed, couldn't uninstall it, it wouldn't so I had to force uninstall it because for some reason the spotify.exe file it could not find. CCleaner indicated a path issue, but for some reason, Windows 10 does not like Spotify. Anyway, I've tried going into safe mode, but for some reason, I need a password to access safe mode. Any help? Anyone?*Yes, I checked before I posted, most of those results were outdated, didn't work, or had no solution at all.Never mind, I fixed it myself.
