My Question or Issue

I've done multiple clean installs of Spotify, allowed it through firewall settings, checked the hosts file for Spotify related IP addresses, yet my Desktop app is still stuck in Offline when Offline Mode hasn't been enabled - Error Code: 4. I am not having problems with either the web player or the mobile apps (IOS).

This has been resolved; I just had to unplug and replug my ethernet cable.
