FPS drop while on the Spotify Windows App

My Question or Issue

While the Spotify window is selected, the fps drop significantly. It doesn't happen with any other window selected, only the spotify windows 10 app.

I'm having the same issue as well. FPS would revert to normal once Spotify Desktop is minimized or closed. Started to happen after the recent update.
