Windows 11, Dell Precision 555o

I experience playback glitches (irregular intervals but constant) and performed some device test (results are attached). The issue is present on the windows app as well as on the web version of Spotify. Any suggestions on how to tackle the issue?

This type of issue is usually related to some damaged cache stored from previous updates. We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

 

In case the issue persists, it might need an even deeper cleaning process. In this case, we'd suggest clearing any entries which contain Spotify from the host files on your computer by following the instructions in this post.

 

Lastly, to continue investigating your case, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running.
