Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

The option to block artists hasn't been removed, just keep in mind that it's only available in the mobile app by going to the artist page > three-dot menu > Don't play this.

 

In the desktop app, you can only Hide songs in some Made for You playlists (Discover Weekly and Release Radar), whereas you can do so in the mobile app in any playlist by tapping on the three-dot menu next to the song > Hide this song.

 

However, other users would also like to see this option in all platforms and all sections of the app, so we suggest adding your +Vote to this idea.
