Local cover art not showing but does on android

I added my local files to spotify yesterday and I noticed that some of the cover art isnt showing for some songs. Some songs are fine and some arent, the thing is I have a different cover for each song. A cover will show for some songs but the cover that is shown is either the first cover in the folder or the cover that was on the song before or just no cover at all. When I load up the android version of Spotify all of the covers are there working fine.

I have also tried the ITunes and Tag application thing as well and by reading other problems like this restarting, reinstalling the app doesnt work.

Does the local files that miss album artwork have any apostrophes anywhere in the file path? If you're not sure then post a full file path of one of those local files that miss album artwork in Spotify. (For example C:\Users\jack\music\my song.mp3).
