Hi,

 

Ive read a few of the other posts but havent been able to solve it.

 

I keep getting this message on my laptop and then it deletes my saved playlist. This happens roughly every 2 weeks. i have only 3 devices on the account with offline access and so Im quite confused why.

 

Can you please sort because I keep having to redownload my songs and its quite annoying.

I think this is something the support guys need to look into for you. Please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.
