Hello! Some time ago I reinstalled spotfy, and when I tried downloading my songs the switch button was missing. I already tried reintalling and clearing cache. Thanks in advance.

Hey,
Welcome to the Spotify community!
If you would like to download music for offline listening, you'll first need to save it on a playlist. The download option should appear on your playlist.
You can find more info on downloading music for offline listening here.
Let me know if you have any questions.
This is not a bug and this has not changed recently. There has never been an option to download your songs library on the desktop client. The option is only available on the mobile apps on Android and iOS.
I'm not sure why this feature does not exist yet. However, you can vote for the idea here:
[Desktop][Your Music] Ability to make "Your Music" available offline on desktop client

And did this change recently? I clearly have a memory of downloading the entire songs directory instead of only playlists. In my android I can still find the said switch, and everything there is downloaded. So I'm confused. Why does this difference exists? Or is it a bug? I'm confused.
