My Question or Issue

Spotify is saying that my laptop is offline when it is not. It is connected to the WiFi and the connection if working just fine. It was only suddenly when Spotify began rejecting the provided network. It can't be the network or the laptop because other devices are connected to the network and it works fine, and the laptops firewall does not exclude Spotify from being permitted.
