My Question or Issue

 I have some problems that I were about to update med playlist.

1. I'm not able to drag down och move up a track in my playlist. (On my PC)
2. I'm not able to share my playlist to my instagram stories?? (On my iPhone)

Please help!

Regarding your issues:

  1. I know this sounds obvious, but would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here? This can solve many common problems that our users experience. If that doesn't work, could you provide us with your Spotify app version? You can find this in the three-dots menu (top-left corner) > Help > About Spotify
  2. This was an issue up until recently, but it should be fixed now. One the relevant thread one user suggested the following steps:
    1. Open the Instagram app

    2. Go to Settings

    3. Under Support click Report a problem

    4. Then click Something isn't working

    5. It will ask you to update Instagram - update it

Hopefully that should do the trick! Let us know if you need any further help - we'll be right here 🙂
