Hello! I have a problem. The slider of the first track of the playlist (after the last track played) is not at 0:00

P.S. I reinstalled the application, turned off the firewall, turned off hardware acceleration. Nothing helps

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a regular one? Make sure to download the app again from the Microsoft Store. 

In case the issue persists, we recommend trying with a different network, for example creating a hotspot on your phone and using that. 

Lastly, could you check if the same happens in the web player?

* Unfortunately, there is no way to use another Internet connection.

* Everything is fine in WebPlayer

In this case, we suggest that you try clearing your host files on your PC following these steps. 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind logging in to your account on a different PC to check if the issue persists there?

Lastly, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device would come in handy.
