Hi there @Amitperryp,

Can you try the following:

  1. Uninstall the app and all the cache files again.
  2. Download it again from this link .
  3. Make sure the address http://spclient.wg.spotify.com is added as an exception to the firewall and any anti-virus software you're running.
  4. Try running the app as Administrator.

If that doesn't help, let us know if you can change the account you're logged in with and try with a different account, as well as if you've tried a different network like a mobile hotspot.

Keep us posted.

Hey there @Amitperryp,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We're happy to help!

We understand that you already tried reinstalling the app, but did you make sure to follow these specific steps for a clean reinstall? This is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files from previous installations.

If that didn't work, try removing the host files with the instructions you'll find in this article.

In case there aren't any, try disabling and re enabling your audio drivers and make sure they're updated. You can also try reinstalling them.

Keep us posted on how it goes. We'll be on the lookout.

I have a similar issue I tried reinstalling and deleting all of the flies of Spotify from my PC but every time I download the software of Spotify I get a blank screen that I can't close I can only close it from the task manager

Hi @Gillyisdumb,

I think you have the issue as described in this topic.

We are a lot having the same issue, still nothing from Spotify.
