Hi - since the last update of the desktop Spotify (oct. 30), I am experiencing the above, but only while listening, not when just the software ist open. Any ideas where this comes from and what to do to fix it ?
System: /Win 10 Pro 1903 - Spotify Premium
That's an interesting error!
First, I'd recommend reinstalling your Spotify client - follow this guide for clean reinstall.This should fix any problems that might be coming from problems within the Spotify app installation.
If that doesn't help, another thing that might help is disabling hardware acceleration within Spotify settings. It's in menu dots - View - Hardware Acceleration.
Please ensure you have installed all Windows updates. Especially those that have anything to do with drivers.
This BSoD seems to be linked with mostly driver issues, such as graphics cards and notoriously IDE/ATAPI (hard drive) drivers.

There was a Spotify update this morning and it is running stable now for more then one hour. So I guess, this solved also my problem.
