Your Music Failed to load/Browse not loading since 11 July 2014

Hi,

 

I'm very new to all of this (spotify) and it might be that my problem is already mentioned somewhere (though I couldn't find it).

This morning all was well, but now I have lost all of 'my music'. Playlists are intact. This is on my laptop. However, all the albums listed in 'my music' are present on my smartphone... So somehow they've disappeared on my desktop... If I save/add an album, the 'my music' tabs still show the message 'couldn't load your music' (well, in dutch). 'Load again' doesn't do the trick. Also, the browse page won't stop loading, i.e. nothing happens...

Ideas anyone?!

Local files: works

'Search all results' does work. Driven to distraction here and wasting too much time Mac OSX

Playlists is working as for playing but do not show any album covers.

Browse doesn't work either...

 

Win 8.1, updated player yesterday, worked ok but not any more.

Exactly the same for me. Since yesterday I get the following:

 

Browse: Stuck loading

Discover: works

Radio: works

Follow: Stuck Loading

Top Lists: works

Messages: works

Play Queue: works

Devices: works

App Finder: works 

 

Songs: works

Albums: Error: Your music failed to load

Artists: Error: Your music failed to load

Local files: works

Since yesterday (as Strawberry Switchblade once sang):

 

Browse: Stuck on loading

Follow: Stuck on loading

 

Profile: *Completely* blank

New notifications alert: Stuck on loading

 

Your music: Artists: Failed to load

Albums: Failed to Load

 

Playlist artwork: Stuck on loading

 

Also artists I follow become unfollowed. I click follow; see the number rise by 1; click on another artist's page; go back to the first page and the number has returned to its original value. It still says I'm following, but after an exit / relog that goes back to unfollowing, too. Also, artists I've followed in the past have become unfollowed.

 

On the Web Player:

 

Browse; Stuck on loading

Your Music: Stuck on loading

New notifications alert: Number showing, but stuck on loading when I click on them

 

A reinstall has not fixed any of this

Thanks for that @mfallend 🙂 Now to find a staff member - why do these things always happen at weekends?

..because of the high workloads on the servers on weekends....

Same problem here, 

 

Browse, Follow, Your Music, Artists don't work at all. I can play my playlists but it shows the loading spinner forever. Mac OS X Desktop client, connecting from Bristol, UK.

Same issue. 

 

UK, Win8.1 x64. Reinstalled Spotify and restarted PC to no avail.

 

Version 0.9.11.27.g2b1a638c

 

Spotify is a Windows firewall exception and I can use playlists and radio just fine.

 

No antivirus other than the built-in Windows defender.

I have the same problem. 😞

Browse & Your Music aren't loading. Windows 7.

It's only working on the iPhone app.
