Don't have offline available button on my pc app

i got my songs saved on my music but i can't download them to listen online on my computer(because i dont have a offline available button anywhere) but I can do it on my phonewhat can i do?

Bugged songs (normal to 8 bit)

Since last week, the songs on my pc have been exchanged for 8 bit versions, this for now only happens in the songs of Linkin Park. Anyone know what's going on?
