cant log in via facebook

My Question or Issue

cant log in using the pc app via facebook, keeps coming up with error (3) username / pass incorrect but i can log onto spotify using facebook log in on the browser

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to log in through the app.

(random spotify with name sddsdsa) 2nd pic - i tried to reset my facebooks email password, after logging in i got some weird account

Hey @mooseymad,

Could you try logging out of Facebook on all browsers on your desktop and click on Log In With Facebook in the Spotify app on desktop?

You should now be prompted to enter your Facebook details again.

Hello i have the same issue, but it says that I have no permission to log myself into Facebook via the Facebook login page from Spotify (after it logs me out) so i guess that maybe there is a problem with the link or something since last update? It would be nice to fix it.

i did try that afew days ago and was getting the same error, but this morning i just clicked "log in with facebook" and it successfully logged me in so i guess whatever was causing it is now fixxed
