This is not a new idea, but I haven't found any practical reply to it, so I think it needs to be repeated. I completely agree with Rennestein (screen capture below), we need to stop seeing irrelevant suggestions because it is annoying. Why can't it be possible to decide what we first see when we open Spotify on any device? (playlists, recently played, artists we're following, etc), and enjoy better our Spotify experience?
Please Spotify, let us have the home screen as we'd like. :)) Thank you!

You made it worse. Now the homepage starts blasting random music at me whenever I open Spotify. Selecting 'not interested' just makes it blast different music at me. Thanks for the jump scares.

My home page is STILL normal. But if I have to see this TikTok **bleep** instead of my playlist tiles there, I'll be the first to switch to Apple Music for good.

Which version of the app do I roll back to? Just tried some older versions and they all start autoplaying stuff at me. Who designed this update? Lucifer???

ETA: Version 8.8.12.545 does not have this spam **bleep**.

Anyway I have a Duo account and my partner is currently cancelling our subscription due to how completely tone-deaf and malicious the 'mods' on this website are. Currently trying out Deezer. It has a lovely UI. See ya on the flip side.

Why don't you allow real customization? On Android Auto, that would be even more important, but I don't feel the mobile app "mine" this way neither.

We should be able to remove anything that pops up on our home screen, including items in our history. Especially for premium subscribers, which I am (for now). We all have our own music tastes and habits and aren't necessarily interested in what Spotify wants to push us or what the kids are listening to this week. And please, can we extricate podcasts completely? (I do listen to a lot of podcasts, but I use a, you know, podcast app for that, not a music app! Hopefully Pocket Casts doesn't decide to shoehorn music into their app.)

Back here again after the newest update. It’s HORRIBLE, can we please just have more control over what we want to see? Even just a dislike or hide the things we don’t like. The infinite scroll was the worst change I’ve seen yet

Some features are really interesting but I don't even know or remember them because they are too hidden. 

It would be great to have a real place with all the special features (Blend, Time Capsule, Playlist in a bottle, Get ready with...) to find it more easily. 

It could be :

- a small section in homepage

- an easier access via the searchbar with a tag "feature" (as the tags : artist, profile, playlist...)

- by adding it to the category "Made for you" with the other playlists (Release radar, Discover weekly...)

Gosh, what's the purpose of adding "Not intersted in" and "Exclude from taste profile" if all it does is hide the selected items in the "Music" tab *TEMPORARILY* and  KEEP showing it constantly in the front page?

I'm not intersted in the music from the country my credit card is registered in, nor I am in the podcats you keep showing at the TOP of my homescreen.

Seriously, I should have left the moment you lied about Hi-fi's release date AND chose Joe Rogan over Neil Young and Joni Mitchel, at that very moment you shifted from a wonderful music app to n'th podcast app.

I've had the update with the TikTok home screen for a few days now and it is absolutely the biggest mistake they could make. Spotify is just TikTok and not a music app anymore.
