It would be nice to have a running sum of the length of all songs in your queue. Updates as each song gets played and removed.

I often find myself wanting to know how long it will take to play through the songs that I've queued up (manually and deliberately) before whatever playlist I'm on keeps playing. When I'm with my friends I usually prefer to pick songs instead of play through playlists and it's a bit annoying to guess how long it will be before I need to queue more songs. I think others come across the same situation and it seems like an easy one to add

Any chance for this BASIC FEATURE to be "implemented" ?!?!?!??! This was in super old spotify version, it was removed long long ago and now we have to vote to get this back while noone really uses this portal or votes...

I think there should be an indicator of how long the entirety of the queue would take to play through. It would be super helpful when making say a 25 minute drive or a 45 minute workout. I often wonder whether the songs I have queued will be long enough for whatever activity I am doing, and adding this feature would fix that problem. It could also prevent drivers from queuing songs while on the road. I added an example render to show where this could be placed.

I want to know the total remaining playback time of a playlist to find out how much time is left to finish listening to all the items on the list.

Similar to how the you can see the total minutes of a playlist - when viewing your queue I wish I could see how long the queue will last. When I’m going for a 20 minute drive I want to know that I’ve lined up 20 minutes worth of music!!

I'm a Spotify Premium user and really appreciate the experience your service provides. I had a feature suggestion that I believe could enhance the user experience further.

When we add a few songs to the play queue-for example, 5 tracks-it would be really helpful if there was an estimated total play time displayed somewhere. This way, users could quickly see how long their current queue will take to finish, which could be especially useful when planning around a short commute, workout, or study session.

I'm not sure if this is already a feature I might have missed, but if not, I'd love for the team to consider it for future updates.
