Please allow for a reset option, so you can start all over again with a clean sheet.

For now, you have to start over with an entirely new account to do just that. And for that you need to contact Customer Support. Not very convenient.

Lol, super duper spotify suggests me to open a new profile with a new email 🙂 Yea sure m8, thats such a good idea if only I didnt have a 3 year premium account and a couple dozen playlists so far. God!! how can someone be so darn...Can't say the word but I'm sure you get the main idea 😉

I generally like the service and the mix of music but the support kinda sucks with their very "wow dude, that's not cool" nonchalant answers

I pay for Spotify premium. I pay because I don't want to listen to ads during my 2.5 hour commute, on my phone, to and from work. The Discover Weekly feature is nice, but it's stuck on a single genre, and I'd like the ability to reset it when I'm in the mood to discover music in other genres. Creating a new account defeats the purpose of paying for the service, because the new account will have ads and only be able to shuffle songs on my phone.

Please implement this for your paying customers.

I much preferred the human curated Discover Weekly. Ditch the robot algorithm and put it back into the hands of a human. I don’t want to hear more of what I already listen to, I want exposure to new genres and related musical styles.

 F*** you, spotify! Now Im hating my Discover Weekly. Your algorithm is **bleep**! Make at least reset option available. Im not going to create a new account, you imbicils! Im just going to switch to alternative then. Maybe they will pay more attention to user requests.

This feature needs to happen please. There are many people who love their discover weekly, and as much as I add a wider variety of liked artists, and make up more playlists, I keep getting Brazilian alt music... i don't even speak Portuguese. At the very least a like and unlike button, so it can learn!

This needs to be rectified. Went to family plan and no way to clear my kids terrible music content. He 'liked' so much content I will never get this geared toward the music I like, and I shouldn't have to create a new email adress either (I'm not on FB and refuse to sign up). So next step is Pandora.
