[Queue] Queue to Next or Last

Present two options on rightclick, Queue Last and Queue Next. Very easy to implement, and useful.

The way I been using spotty lately is to keep adding to Play Queue, it has gotten really long and sometimes I want to listen to something right now, then I have to add to queue and then move the songs all the way up to the top.

Mediamonkey have had this implemented since long ago. Mediamonkey is btw the best musicorganizer I've ever owned or tried.

Hey there,

Thanks for this submission. We had a slight hiccup with moving ideas to different boards, but it's all good now.

We're setting the status of this one as "not right now", but that doesn't mean that your votes don't count.

Cheers!

No, maybe because spotify is paying more attention to their 200% revenue increase, instead of implementing  easy, yet very important, features.

I also would like to see this option implemented.

Why is it taking so long?

Please add this feature. Other streaming providers already have it, and it is very helpful in everyday life.

Yes thank you

Please add a play next feature as another option to add to queue, but it places the song after the now playing song, instead of the bottom of the list.

Just switched to Apple Music. The user interface there is not flawless, but it is definitely better to manage a queue there, as it has a "play next" button and it is also possible to go back in queue.  Bye bye spotify, (won't) miss you.

PROBLEM: It has always been a pain when you have already a long list of songs queued already but now you want a song to play next which hasn't been added to queue. As of now if this action had to be done, the new song queued gets sorted all the way at the bottom of the queue list. Then comes manual work of shifting its position all the way to the top. When this is the case for 3 or 4 songs plus, it becomes very tedious. (through experience)

SOLUTION: providing a double command. What i mean by that is,
>FOR PC USERS: for the already associated right click on the song to add it to queue, they can probably hold down shift while adding the song to queue. This makes the song bypass the other queued songs, making its position first in the list.
>FOR MOBILE USERS: The traditional gesture of adding songs to queue in the mobile app has been to swipe from left to right. Maybe users can swipe from left to right and hold for 2 seconds to, again, bypass the long list of already queued songs, making its position first in the list.

This way it enhances user experience, because sometimes the right songs for the right instance is very unpredictable and it keeps changing. The small double action idea I have provided, both for PC and Mobile, I hope, finds its way to implementation.

A way to add a song to the "top" of the queue and for it to play next. When adding a song to the queue it's annoying to have to move them to the top of the queue manually if you want to listen to them immediately and it can even be quite hard if your queue is a bit longer.

YouTube Music has implemented this very well for example. They have a separate 'Play Next' button next to the 'Add to Queue' button to simply add a song to the top of the queue.

Hi I want to be able to queue at the end not the beginning…
Thank you…

Can't believe this is still missing. Every other major streaming service manages the queue in this way.
