[iOS][Discover] Restore Touch Preview on iOS App

Touch preview removal on last iOS vers. update looks like it hasn't been a great idea. You are on time to restore it, one of the best Spotify features.

Bring it back and please add it to Android. I was waiting, and hoping for this feature on Android since 2015. Instead I never even get to try it. What the **bleep**? Bring it back to both OS.

I just can’t get why Spotify would remove this feature. “Low engagement rate” is a pathetic answer to the question. At the very least why not just make a something ya can change in the settings? Problem solved. How hard is that. I suggest they add this back because I’ll definitely be leaving Spotify and so will a lot of other people.

I come back to this thread EVERY SINGLE DAY hoping Spotify would do something about it.

But nope, all the same. 

Removing this feature was a TERRIBLE idea. Please reconsider that, listen to your premium customers, and bring it back.

lol how are you suppose to save a song if you don’t know if you’ll like it because you can’t preview the song?

Not being able to use this feature makes me not want to use the app bc it’s super frustrating, now I have to do this long process. Why would you remove this feature? There was no problem with it being there. Please fire the dumbass who thought to remove it.

This was one of the best features ever on a media player and you ruined it Spotify. As I saw in other comments, it seems Spotify is more concerned with the licensing deal with Warner Music, or their app developers “couldn’t get it to work” for Android is a bunch of malarkey. Spotify just keeps taking away features, next thing you know, you wont be able to stream music....

Tomorrow I’ll be on my way to my 24th surgery, a 6 hour ride that Spotify made bearable thanks to the touch preview making my playlist AWESOME! And now.. it’s a frigen snooze fest because it’s hard to find new songs on just one choice of your pick! 

 I have found so many great new artists with touch preview including bands like 

Cruel Youth

Bishop Briggs 

Jaymes Young

Troi irons

Kat Dalia

muse.. just kidding

But the list is endless!!

and now.. I’m lost and so confused!

Please!!  At least give us some sort of response .. yes, no is it maybe are you working on it something in the form of respect like your hearing us!! Come on!  I Might not make it to #25 people!

Dear Spotify-

On behalf of the human race, I would like to apologize for the overwhemingly uncivilised tone of my brothers and sisters on this thread. These folks clearly lack any knowledge, understanding or appreciation for modern software application lifecycle management. I would, however, echo the users whose comments include having previoulsy used Touch Preview to discover new music. I, too, used the feature in this manner on a regular basis. Of course, my vote is to restore, but I won't huff and puff either way.
