App crashing for iOS free users when trying to connect to Bluetooth

I’ve logged out and it works up until you close the app and I’ve tried clean re-installing and nothing seems to work and it just starter after I updated to iOS 17.6

Hi, I’m also having trouble with this issue. It came out of nowhere as everything fine a couple hours prior. However now the issue is quite persistent and everything I tried didn’t work. I’m using a Iphone SE (IOS 17.5.1) and Galaxy Buds 2 on Spotify 8.9.60.

Si tengo un dispositivo conectado a bluethooth y quiero entrar a spotify, al entrar se cierra automaticamente y no me deja escuchar nada. Esto solo pasa al conectar un dispositivo bluethooth.

Me gusta mucho esta aplicación y no quiero dejar de usarla, ayuda!.

the log out and log in method doesn’t work. currently (and for mobile), the only way is to use browser spotify. it isn’t very convenient but hopefully spotify fixes this bug soon, or youtube music is gonna have a LOT of new members lol.

I have the same problem but logging in and out doesn’t work… I have JBL headphones and I tried everything but it’s only working without being connected to my headphones

Same thing happened here. The app Spotify won’t work but, when you go on the web it does.
