We're receiving reports mentioning that Spotify Kids is having some issues to let the users log in. This is already being investigated internally by the relevant teams. Thanks for your reports.

Same here UK - I have a family account - all other members have working spotify but my daughter's account does not work and we're in the same house on the same Wifi!!!

Is there some kind of outage? I cannot log in at all to kids Spotify either. First the error above now it won’t log in at all.

Same issue here in France. There must be a problem with Spotify.

I’m having this issue also, was working yesterday and now today has logged out on all devices and states cannot get in my region -United Kingdom. 
app is updated and checked my region is set correctly but won’t work

Yup. Same thing here (USA). Nothing indicated on the “ongoing issues” board so I guess no way to find out when it is resolved.

I have the same issue in Germany. Yesterday the KIDS access works fine, today i get an Error-Message that KIDS is not available in my country!?

Me too (UK). Very frustrating as is used every night to get to sleep! Do Spotify chime in on these discussions or is this just a place for us to talk to ourselves?
