We're receiving reports mentioning that Spotify Kids is having some issues to let the users log in. This is already being investigated internally by the relevant teams. Thanks for your reports.

We've sent this information to the relevant teams to continue investigating this behavior. If you haven't tried yet, we'd recommend fully closing the Spotify Kids app (from the recently used apps) and trying again to see if it makes any difference. If not, let us know to continue reporting the cases internally.

Same issue here, based in the US. Good to know that Spotify is aware of the issue.

Same issue for my kiddo in Virginia, USA. Hoping they fix it soon.

In the Us, working on an iPhone, but not a Samsung device.

Same issue here in Ohio, USA as of 8:23 EST July 22. Two kids accounts, forced logged out, and got an odd error message saying it was not available in my country. User name and password not working, and trying to email a reset code is not working for child accounts. I've got two sad kiddos here.

@OscarDC Closing the app doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't work. Rebooting the device doesn't work. The issue is not resolved.
