Downtime July 22nd, 2025: Can't login to Spotify Kids

We're receiving reports mentioning that Spotify Kids is having some issues to let the users log in. This is already being investigated internally by the relevant teams. Thanks for your reports.

Still not working - have closed/restarted the app and restarted the device as well.

I am having this same issue in US. My regular Spotify works but my kids accounts on their devices and my kids Spotify on my iphone says it's not in my region. We have the family premium plan. This is extremely annoying.  We noticed it this morning , its not 6:31 in the evening and I can not log in. I have removed the app and put it back on , shut off the device and tried and still nothing.

I just got this message as well, and we are also in the US.  Must be a bug.

Not working for me either. The app says not available in my country or region - my account says my location is still the United States. Apps and iOS are all up to date.

It would be great if these known and widespread issues were better disseminated, especially to premium customers.

Wow, I thought I was going crazy trying to figure this out! I even deleted my kids profile cause I thought maybe that's what would fix it! 😭 My son is autistic and uses the Spotify kids app ALL the time, so when we couldn't log into it, oh man he was not so happy. Please Spotify we need a speedy recovery! 🙏🏽
