Friend Activity not updating properly (Jan 2021)

my friend activity tab went away and when it came back it only showed me one of my friends. I already turned my laptop off and on multiple times and i got rid of the app and installed it back. None of those things worked. Please fix this as I like seeing what my friends are listening to.

thanks,

anastazja

I had this problem. I did all the updates for Windows 10 and it fixed. Other solutions didn't work.

I've had this issue since late February/early March when I noticed. I'm only having this issue with one friend and I've confirmed and tested it from their end and I've deleted and reinstalled spotify and cleared the cache a few times and logged out yadda yadda yadda.

Just got the answer regarding how to fix this problem. Just log into your account using Spotify website, go to your account settings → privacy settings → and under 'Manage your data' opt out of processing facebook data.

Log out of your spotify application, restart and log in again. The feed should be appearing again.
