Premium users hearing ads in music

We've received reports that active Premium users are hearing ads interrupting their music listening experience.

So the only thing that worked for me was going to my account on the web browser, going to my settings and hitting sign out everywhere.  Once I did that my premium features were restored. Not sure if it will work for everyone but worked for me!

Experiencing the same thing. Had several ads so far, premium individual account. Please let us know when you get around to fixing this!

I had this issue since the morning and then did the suggested fix (which ridiculous honestly) - turned off the device (tv) i was listening on; logged off three times on the mobile app, logged back in, turned device back on and logged new there too. Issue fixed for md, recommend trying.

This just started for me this morning, NOOM, Better help and junk chicken joint ads. Never missed a payment. Did thier "fix" and so far it's ok.

I've been a premium subscriber for a few years now, but I'm hearing ads during the songs. I've already confirmed that my account is logged in correctly and that it appears as premium.

I see this thread is a month old but I just started having this issue this morning. Thought I was going crazy at first. I'm getting an ad every ten minutes or so. Really annoying as I've always had premium.
