Premium users hearing ads in music

Had ads since this morning. Premium for almost 10 years now. Problem solved after signing out from all devices and logged in new an hour ago. For me the first problem in 10 years and solved in less than a day. Could be worse…

Hello, 

Spotify has started playing ads when I pay for spotify premium. If this continues I will cancel my subscription and stop using spotify.

I am also experiencing this. I logged out 3 times and still am getting ads. Most of these comments seem like they are from a month ago, have your accounts still not been fixed?
