Sound Capsule not updating properly

Hey folks! 

You may have noticed that your Sound Capsules may not be updating properly! 

This is on our radar and it's being looked into 🙂

the problem continues, been a week and no update on the sound capsule, last update to it was on 15th september

Hey my sound capsule still hasn’t been fixed. For the past few days it’s been showing that it was last updated on the 15th. I tried reloading my app in hopes of fixing it but the minutes remains the same except it now says that updated in the 22th. And I’ve listened to a lot of music over the week so that value can’t possibly be right…

please fix this…

idk how this is even possible but my entire September month is just gone… what was coming for September previously(the incorrect value btw) has now become octobers… 

thanks a bunch for doing nothing ig guys? 😭😭😭

Hello, I’ve been experiencing this issue since September 22, when I switched from an old account. The artists, songs, and listening time for last month and the beginning of this month are incorrect. Currently, the time capsule shows that I listened to 2 minutes and 2 songs, but I believe I listened for around 60 minutes. Please try to fix this error as soon as possible. Thank you.
