2fa verification code not accepted

2fa verification code not accepted

Been a premium member for 10+ years. I noted some weeks ago I couldn’t activate integration with an app due to login failed - wrong verification code from my authentic app. Today I tested the webpage, same problem.

so I used backup code, logged in, disabled 2fa and registered a new verification code with QR, but it was the same problem! 

’is something off in the verification code implementation? It apparently worked earlier since I managed to activate it. Using apple passwords for this 2fa verification code.

The particular issue that you need assistance with would be best handled by the Spotify for Artists team that you can reach out to here. However, what you could test before contacting them is to check the time settings on your device, as this is a common cause of invalid codes. Ensure that your Apple device's time is set to 'Automatically' (even a 30-second discrepancy can cause 2FA codes to fail).
