Connection problems with sonos


I wanted to play music from my Spotify account, which so far always worked without problems. Now the Sonso app says that my Spotify account requires a reneweal of the authorization. When I try to do that (via the app), Spotify tells me that there is a problem becuase I am currently logged in with another account at the app ot the webpage (which is not the case) and that I have to log in with a new account. 

I have a premium account (Germany), using an iPhone.

Hey @Leonaanna,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
