Spotify App on LG WebOS TV

Spotify app is now unavailable on LG WebOS TVs. Are there any plans for it to make a comeback updated or should I find a new way to listen to Spotify on my TV?

I'm having issues with music continuously skipping or stopping. I have a premium account, can this be related to WebOS or the app not handling higher bitrate correctly ?

We used to have the Spotify App available for LG WebOS 2.0 TVs, and then it was disabled.  When are we getting it back for WebOS 2.0?  I and many others in the community are patiently waiting.  Thanks.

Put back spotify in LG WebOs Tv this is not fun. Im using ut if I have party or just want to chill at home. Please LG tv gives me an option that i can still play my music there. This makes me think if ill stick with you guys or move on with itunes.

As far as I can tell, the Spotfiy app is now back on LG tvs (WebOS).

Which version of webOS you have? I have version 2 and there is no spotify in app store

Specifically says for 2016 models or newer. 

Might mean they've dropped support and the app for any older TVs. If that really is that case, it's terrible. Really poor serivce from both spotfiy and lg/WebOS

yes, they only support newer web os, which is bad for us using the older
web os.

I will remember this the next time I will buy a new TV...  
This kind of bad support for a machine that is barely 2 years old. 

You really think I am going buy every year a new LG tv when they update their OS and the apps don't work anymore.

Next time it will not be LG , trust me. They just lost a good customer.

This model is from 2017 year and has WebOS 3.5, so Spotify should work there.

What, the Spotify app was actively removed from my 2015 LG TV!? That is insane... what's next, Suzuki to remove my airbags?

It doesn't make ANY sense and it's a complete f*CK you from Spotify/LG (I don't know who's responsible) to their customers.

Will never buy LG again. Sadly I cant live without Spotify but I hate the company more and more.
