After receiving invite link, I tried to enter the registered address, but even the building name can't be found. Tried to use incognito and even registered on the exact location but still can't find.

I have a similar issue, but might be slightly different in nature.
The auto-complete from google maps insists in populating a wrong zip-code and i can't change it before submitting. I'm unsure if this is what is affecting me case. Spotify tells me there is only a couple of days to cancel my plan.

I am subscribed to a Premium Duo account. I have a iPhone12 and I invited my husband who has a Samsung 23+. He is entering the exact same address I have in my account and Spotify keeps telling him we live in different countries (which we don’t). How do I fix this so we can both. Be in the account?

My family members are unable to verify their addresses to remain on the family plan. We've repeatedly entered the same address as the main account without success. This issue persists across multiple devices and accounts.
The address, confirmed through Google Maps, lacks a block number or department, only including street address, number, city, and state.

In case the plan manager can't find their specific address anymore, they can enter the nearest address that can be located. For example, if they can't find their apartment number, they can just select the building instead, or a close landmark, public space or building.
Once the address is updated, the plan manager can send you a new invite - make sure you're entering the exact same address as they have entered.

I am adding a new family member on my premium plan but I can't find the address on the verifying address page. I had all the other family members added just this one.
I'm trying to accept an invite to a family plan. When I search for the same address the main account owner has, it's not coming up. The advice from Spotify says 'If your address doesn’t autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.' - this doesn't work, as it doesn't find anything.
It then says 'If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building.' Again, I can't find any of these things. None of the words in the account holders address even come up when I'm searching? Postcode doesn't work either. The search seems to be really limited. Any ideas?
